QUICK-STEP PROGRAM

Meal #1: Breakfast

One of 15 different types of omelets (80% egg whites, 20% egg yolk; or almond flour pancakes*; or rum-flavored spelt bread French toast (non-alcoholic)*. Available choices: caloric, protein or carbohydrate count, vegetables*, meats, sodium content, cereal or fruits*.

Meal #2: Snack

We cook 20 different types of soups… made from scratch, using fresh herbs, vegetables*, legumes* and meats. We do not use commercial soup bases or flavor enhancers such as MSG. Your replacement choices are: fruit salad*, green salad*, shrimp cocktail or gluco support bar.

Meal #3: Lunch

Delicious hot or cold lunches featuring a variety of seafood, poultry or meats. Vegetarian meals are available upon request.

Meal #4: Snack

Delicious and nutritious small salad platters, using raw vegetables and proteins, such as beans, poultry and seafood. (You may choose instead a small fruit platter, vegetarian, soup, or gluco-support bar)

Meal #5: Dinner

Our famous dinners such as Eggplant Parmesan served with whole-grain brown rice pasta; Paella ala Valenciana with brown rice; slices of oriental pork tenderloin in a black shitake mushroom sauce; Dinner choices are vegetarian, calories, proteins or carbs, sodium, gluten.
